Broker Role
Customer acknowledges that East Coast Auto Broker LLC is a licensed transportation broker that arranges vehicle shipment with independent, third-party motor carriers. Broker does not transport vehicles and is not a motor carrier.

Customer Obligations
Customer must provide accurate vehicle information including make, model, VIN, condition, modifications, and any special handling needs, and vehicles must be operable unless otherwise agreed in writing.
If a vehicle is misrepresented as operable but is found inoperable upon carrier arrival due to undisclosed conditions, or requires additional handling, adjustments or cancellation fees may be assessed at the Broker’s and/or carrier’s discretion based on the circumstances.
The carrier may refuse transport if the vehicle is unsafe to load/haul or cannot be accommodated with available equipment.
Personal items are discouraged, must not exceed 100 lbs if included, and are transported at the Customer’s sole risk with no carrier insurance coverage.

Payment Terms
Customer agrees to pay a non-refundable deposit to secure transportation services and arrange the shipment of their vehicle
The remaining balance is due in full at pickup/delivery, as agreed (cash, certified funds, or other accepted method).
Failure to pay the balance when due may result in storage fees, refusal of vehicle release, and/or legal action to recover all amounts owed.

        Vehicle Delivery
At East Coast Auto Broker, we are committed to providing reliable and efficient vehicle transport services. While factors such as weather, traffic, or road conditions may occasionally impact delivery timing, we work closely with carriers to ensure your vehicle is delivered as close as possible to the estimated timeframe, typically within a short adjustment window. Our team prioritizes clear communication and will keep you updated throughout the transport process to help minimize delays and ensure a smooth delivery experience.

        Contract Termination & Cancellations
If the Customer cancels after a carrier has been assigned, a cancellation fee will apply. If cancellation occurs after the carrier has arrived at the pickup location or within one (1) hour of the scheduled arrival time, a cancellation fee will also apply. The amount will be determined based on the circumstances and carrier-related costs.
The Customer acknowledges that East Coast Auto Broker LLC is the exclusive broker authorized to arrange transport for the vehicle(s) listed in this Agreement. If the Customer engages another broker or carrier for the same shipment, this Agreement will be terminated immediately and East Coast Auto Broker LLC will have no further obligations. Double brokering or bypassing the Broker is strictly prohibited.

        Vehicle Ownership and Authorization
By signing, the Customer confirms they own the vehicle(s) or are authorized to arrange transport. The Customer is responsible for all provided information and agrees to hold East Coast Auto Broker LLC harmless from any ownership or authorization disputes.

        Post-Delivery Vehicle Damage
In the event of any damage, delay, or transport-related issue, payment is still required, and such matters will be handled separately through a claims process.
If damage is present, Customer agrees to note it on the Bill of Lading at delivery and provide supporting photos. A claim will then be initiated with the responsible party and/or their insurance provider. Broker will assist in coordinating communication throughout the process.
Resolution of claims may include repair, a settlement amount, or insurance processing. Customer understands that all claims are handled separately and may take time to resolve
